Things People Ask Us Before They Buy

Are your prices per tile or per square foot?

All prices on the site are per square foot in Pakistani Rupees. Each product page lists the coverage of a single tile, so you can work backwards to a per tile cost if you need it. Send us your room size on WhatsApp and we will convert it to boxes and give you a total.

Do you deliver outside Islamabad?

Yes. We deliver across Islamabad and Rawalpindi as standard, and we arrange freight to other cities including Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar. Cost for other cities depends on quantity and distance, so message us with your location and we will quote it before you commit.

How much extra should I order for cutting and breakage?

Add ten percent for a straight rectangular room, and fifteen percent if the room has angles or alcoves or you are laying a diagonal or herringbone pattern. Running short halfway through a job is a real problem, because a later batch may not match the shade of the first. Order the allowance up front.

Can I see the tiles in person before I order?

Please do. Photographs never reproduce colour and texture accurately, and marble in particular looks different under showroom light than it does on a screen. Our showroom is open seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM and there is no obligation to buy on the visit.

Do you offer installation as well as supply?

We supply material rather than installation, but we work with fitters across the twin cities and are happy to recommend someone whose work we have seen. For herringbone, large format, and rectified tiles we strongly recommend using a fitter with specific experience in that format.

What happens if tiles arrive damaged?

Check the delivery before the driver leaves and tell us the same day. We replace anything that broke in transit at no cost. A small number of chipped tiles in a large order is normal, and is one of the reasons we recommend ordering a cutting allowance.
